You Don’t Have to Figure It All Out Alone.

I help teens and young adults (ages 16-22) break through anxiety, self-doubt, and pressure — and start living a life that actually feels like theirs.

“I saw growth in myself just after one session. I am able to be more open and connect more with my family”.

- Mia, age 16

As a Certified Life Coach, school nurse, and mom of three (ages 17–21), I live in the world of teens and young adults every single day — and I see the same thing over and over: smart, capable young people who are completely overwhelmed, lost, or just going through the motions.

Whether your teen is struggling to find themselves in high school, or your college student is crushing it on paper but quietly falling apart inside — I'm here for both.

I specialize in working with young people ages 16–22: the high schoolers figuring out who they are, and the college students who are high-achieving, anxious, and exhausted from trying to keep it all together.

I use practical tools and compassionate insight to help them get out of their own heads, connect with who they truly are, and build a life they actually want to live.

Hi, I’m Carin.

Does any of this sound familiar?

For Parents of Teens

  • Your teenager seems lost, withdrawn, or just going through the motions

  • They're struggling with identity, confidence, or finding their place

  • You want to help but don't know how — and they're not opening up to you

For College Students

  • They're high-achieving but constantly anxious about not being "enough"

  • They're stressed, burned out, and questioning everything

  • They're succeeding on the outside but feel disconnected on the inside

You don't have to wait for things to get worse.

There's a better way forward.

What coaching looks like with Carin

I provide a safe, judgment-free space where teens and young adults can finally slow down, get honest with themselves, and start building real confidence — not the kind that depends on grades or other people's approval.

  • Clarity on who they are and what they actually want

  • Tools to manage anxiety, pressure, and self-doubt

  • Stronger relationships with the people they love

  • A sense of purpose that guides their decisions

This isn't therapy. It's forward-focused, practical, and it works.

Let’s keep the conversation going.
