Are You Ready to Stop Going Through the Motions and Start Actually Living?

Whether you're a teen finding your place or a college student drowning in pressure — I see you. And I've been there.

I know exactly how you feel. Because I felt it too.

As a teen, I was awkward, insecure, and an anxious introvert. I put enormous pressure on myself to fit in, to be perfect, to be everything for everyone.

I tried to be the perfect student, the perfect friend, the perfect daughter. And no matter how hard I tried, it was never enough. What I really wanted — more than anything — was just to feel seen and heard.

The hardest part? I carried those same impossible pressures straight into my adult life. As a nurse, a wife, and a mom, I kept chasing "perfect" until I finally discovered Life Coaching — and everything changed.

Coaching gave me back my life. I want to do the same for you.

Through coaching, I replaced my "not enoughness" with self-love and self-compassion. I stopped performing a version of myself I thought others wanted, and started living the life I actually wanted.

I realized what I had really been searching for all along wasn't perfection. It was realness.

And I thought — what if young people didn't have to wait until their 30s or 40s to figure this out? What if they could start now? That's why I became a Life Coach for teens and young adults.

College Students‍ ‍(Ages 19–22)

Those who are crushing it on paper but quietly falling apart inside. High achievers who are anxious, burned out, and exhausted from trying to keep it all together.

This is the most important window of your life.

Let's not waste it.

The years between 16 and 22 are unlike any other. You're figuring out who you are, what you want, and who you want to become — all while dealing with school, family, friendships, and a world that keeps telling you who you should be.

High Schoolers‍ ‍(Ages 16–18)

Those who feel lost, misunderstood, or like they don't quite fit anywhere. Who are smart and capable but can't seem to silence the self-doubt.
